A little about me
I wasn't much of an artist until I had two near-death experiences during the births of my first two children. When I woke up from the last coma I witnessed amazing colors all around me. I would glance out the window or see out of the corner of my eye beautiful burst of color around people, plants and even things. It took me a long time to see this new way of being as a gift, and even longer to see it as a gift to share with the world. I view light streaming through colored glass as the perfect medium for expressing to the world my unique view and interpretation of light as life after my NDE.
I use a glassblowing technique called flamework in my small home studio in southern Vermont. I enjoy making lighting, so I tend to focus on fairy lights and meditation trees that reflect the beautiful internal light and external aura I see within and around people, plants and animals.
